Ce dossier n&rsquo;a pas pour but de vous donner un cours de m\u00e9decine sur le syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9gulation de la temp\u00e9rature corporelle par le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de transpiration ni de vous expliquer qu&rsquo;une hydratation efficace est le gage d&rsquo;un bon maintien de vos capacit\u00e9s physiques \u00e0 long terme.<br \/><br \/>Alors pourquoi parler de d\u00e9shydratation ?<br \/>Comme \u00e9voqu\u00e9 en introduction, le corps du GRdiste va \u00eatre soumis brusquement \u00e0 des efforts journaliers constants et \u00e0 un travail musculaire \u00e9lev\u00e9 qui aura pour cons\u00e9quence une augmentation de sa temp\u00e9rature interne qui sera r\u00e9gul\u00e9e par le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de transpiration.<br \/><br \/>Peu de personnes en ont conscience mais il est important de comprendre que la travers\u00e9e des Pyr\u00e9n\u00e9es sur plusieures semaines implique une modification importante du niveau de fonctionnement de son corps et de fait de son syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9gulation de temp\u00e9rature corporelle.<br \/><br \/>La transpiration est le principal moyen de r\u00e9gulation de la temp\u00e9rature interne du corps pour l&rsquo;homme. Cette \u00e9vacuation de sueur par les pores de la peau entra\u00eene une diminution de sa temp\u00e9rature interne. fatigabilit\u00e9 augment\u00e9e.<br \/>\u2013 manque d\u2019entrain, de motivation.<br \/><br \/>d\u00e9shydratation marqu\u00e9e<br \/>\u2013 l\u00e9g\u00e8re anorexie, Perte d\u2019app\u00e9tit.<br \/>\u2013 palpitations.<br \/>\u2013 naus\u00e9es.<br \/>\u2013 sensation de chaleur, hyperthermie,<br \/>\u2013 bouche et l\u00e8vres s\u00e8ches, cavit\u00e9 buccale chaude et s\u00e8che.<br (alt\u00e9rations de la sensibilit\u00e9) des extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s (fourmillements, engourdissements, picotements, br\u00fblures\u2026).<br \/>\u2013 Vomissements, troubles digestifs (diarrh\u00e9es).<br \/>\u2013 Etourdissements, troubles de la coordination, d\u00e9marche \u00e9brieuse.<br \/>\u2013 Hallucinations, inconscience (coma), vertiges, spasmes musculaires (crampes).<br m\u00eame l\u00e9g\u00e8re. Il faudra penser \u00e0 vous hydrater en permanence!<br \/>A la diff\u00e9rence d&rsquo;un sportif occasionnel, le GRdiste est un sportif de chaque instant et son effort ne cessera qu&rsquo;une fois sa travers\u00e9e achev\u00e9e. Une l\u00e9g\u00e8re erreur d&rsquo;alimentation ou d&rsquo;hydratation aura forc\u00e9ment un impact sur son niveau de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration et donc sur la qualit\u00e9 de ses efforts \u00e0 venir.<br \/>Nos conseils sont donc les suivants<\/p><ol><li>Le matin avant de partir, boire sans soif et ce quelles que soient les conditions climatiques. Ne pas h\u00e9siter \u00e0 avaler entre 1\/2 et un litre d&rsquo;eau apr\u00e8s le petit d\u00e9jeuner.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li>Pendant la marche, pr\u00e9voir des pauses r\u00e9guli\u00e8res de quelques minutes pour boire. Plus il fera chaud et plus celles-ci seront nombreuses. Une pause toutes les 30min si temps tr\u00e8s chaud et une pause toutes les heures si temps plus frais.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li>Boire \u00e0 grandes gorg\u00e9es et ne pas se limiter dans la prise. Eviter les pipettes de poches \u00e0 eau trop limitatives en d\u00e9bit et ne permettant pas de v\u00e9rifier le niveau restant de liquide.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li>Surveiller ses urines qui doivent toujours \u00eatre claires.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li>Ne jamais attendre qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y ait plus d&rsquo;eau dans ses bouteilles pour penser \u00e0 faire le plein.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li>Poss\u00e9der une capacit\u00e9 de portage en eau d&rsquo;au moins 3 litres par personne.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li>Par temps tr\u00e8s chaud, profiter de chaque point d&rsquo;eau crois\u00e9 pour se rafraichir la t\u00eate et les bras. Mouillez votre casquette et \u00e9ventuellement un morceau de tissu que vous placerez sur la
